As the founder of The Penrose Group, Ms. Penrose specializes in guiding business owners through successful exit strategies, with a particular focus on helping multigenerational family businesses navigate transitions. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, she has played a pivotal role in assisting several companies with acquiring multiple businesses, expanding their market presence, and securing long-term growth.
Ms. Penrose has completed various academic programs in Social Services and Business Studies at SENECA College, along with Executive Real Estate Investment Training, which have contributed to her well-rounded approach to business advisory.
Under her leadership, The Penrose Group has helped facilitated numerous mergers and acquisitions, helped assemble over 2000 acres of land, and advised on private real estate financings, including one for 11 estate homes. The company has assisted in the raise of millions in private equity for various ventures, making Ms. Penrose a trusted advisor in both business sales and investment transactions.
Her involvement in the regenerative medicine space further reflects her ability to diversify and adapt, as she consulted for a company in the regenerative medicine and supplemental therapeutic sector for 5 years.
